Committees Overview

Various committees are formed to support ORIA functions.

• The Board of Directors appoints one board member to serve in an oversight capacity and to be responsible for the organization and direction per committee.
• The Board Oversight per committee may serve as Chairman of the committee or may appoint a committee member as Chairman.
• The members of the committee can be appointed by the Board Oversight.
• All committee members serve on a volunteer basis during the fiscal year for the good of Oakridge Ranch and are bound by the ORIA By-Laws and ORIA Committee Resolutions.
• All committee expenditures must be approved by the Board of Directors in the form of a budget and prior to expenditures.
