Welcome to ORIA
Oak Ridge Ranch (ORR) is a private gated rural community of approximately 4400 acres located on CR215 south of I-10 between Columbus and Weimar, Texas. ORR is laid out in eleven sections, each having recorded Covenants and Deed Restrictions. There are 236 individual tracts of land, which are generally 15 – 20 acres in size. The 2.6 acre Community Center is located on Section 8 Tract 1, at 1904 Oak Ridge Rd. The 16.07 miles of roads in ORR are privately owned and maintained.
Per the Deed Restrictions, no all terrain vehicles (i.e., three wheelers, four wheelers, motorcycles, etc.) shall be allowed on the roads in the Subdivision from October through January 15 of each year.

When: The second Sunday of each month at 14:00 (2:00 p.m.)
Agenda: General business, committee and financial reports.
Landowners are always welcome to attend Board meetings. To add an item to the agenda, please contact a Board member at least 10 days prior to the meeting date with the agenda item. You may present your information at the meeting if you wish.
Center bulletin sections are for landowner use to post items such as garage sales, items for sale, 2 x 3.5 inch business cards, lost and found, neighborhood events with all landowners invited. Large business ads and grievances are not allowed.
